Shipping Information
We proudly ship all Glow Girl and AfterGlow products from our Toronto location.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
• Canada: 3–7 business days (via Canada Post or UPS)
• United States: 5–10 business days (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
• International: 10–21 business days (shipping times vary by destination and customs clearance)
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD / $120 USD (before taxes and discounts).
Note: Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of beauty and self-tanning products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.
However, we want you to love your glow—so if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery glowgirlbooking@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Our team will happily replace or refund your item after review.
Eligible Returns:
• Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Must be returned within 14 days of receipt
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request changes or cancellations. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make adjustments.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments caused by postal services or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
If your tracking shows a delay or loss, please reach out to the carrier first, then contact us for additional support if needed
